There are many reasons why you should try private yoga!​ 

For many people, public yoga can be intimidating, and one class may not benefit everybody in the same way. We all have different needs and goals.

Private yoga allows clients to meet with Lindsay one-on-one to discuss exactly what they want to gain from their practice. Whether you are looking for yoga that focuses in fitness, spirituality, flexibility, or a mix of all of these, Lindsay will create a practice that is directly designed for YOU. You can continue this practice on your own outside of meetings. As you grow and progress on your yoga journey, Lindsay will continue to alter your practices to grow with you.

This is also a great option for those who do not feel safe going back to in-person classes due to the pandemic.

From there, you can decide the perfect plan for you. You can choose to pay by the session and just practice with Lindsay or you can add on your own written out yoga practice to take home.

You can also choose to sign up for monthly plans which include meetings with Lindsay and communication throughout the month. This will also include a custom practice that will be taught to you and written out so you can continue your practice at home. This practice will continue to change as you grow and Lindsay will update it on an on-going basis.
